As you can see, it's gonna get rough in the next few weeks so wish me luck. Also I changed the title from 'Friday' to 'Unfortunate Circumstances' -- I feel like the latter has a lot of subtext in it and fits better with the entire theme of the story.
And now without further ado, CONCEPT STUFF AND THUMBNAILS!
I'll be presenting all of this to my production class tomorrow for feedback so hopefully things go well from there. I'm also still trying to figure out some of the shot angles for my scenes so I apologize if the thumbnails are a bit confusing.
Next up for week 3: final storyboards and animatic (hopefully I can get it with scratch sound)
You seem to have your stuff together pretty well. I like your character designs. I get that they're twins pretty much, however, I would almost suggest making their hair like either two shades of green or two shades of orange because I'm not sure that you're shoving it down the audience's throat enough that they're twins. Shove it down their throat a little harder I would say. They just seem like brothers right now. The boards are confusing me a little bit, however I only skimmed them and they're only thumbnails, so I'm sure it'll make more sense with you giving an explanation so disregard that for now. Keep it up!
